2018 NALHFA Annual Conference

Each year NALHFA holds its Annual Conference, which offers affordable housing and community development finance professionals an opportunity to come together and discuss the latest finance trends as well as hear first-hand about innovative housing and community revitalization activities that are being spearheaded by local housing finance agencies (HFAs). The conference provides provides local governmental affordable housing, community, and economic development professionals the chance to network with their peers; receive first-hand insights and case studies of effective housing and development practices; and the conference provides and unparalleled opportunity to interact with local governmental practitioners and professional program-level staff of all levels.

For 2018, NALHFA will hold its annual conference in New Orleans, LA and it is hosted by The Finance Authority of New Orleans. The conference—taking place May 9-12, 2018— will be held at the historic Hotel Monteleone located in the French Quarters and sits majestically at the foot of Royal Street.
